The Genesis

Since my last blog life has not slowed down. The latest on our vehicles is that neither on of them have been repaired; only the front of my car, which was not my fault to begin with.
Neither was the back for that matter. Well anyways, what has been going on? 1way had a couple of concerts this past weekend. We got to play at the South Florida music Festival (Big Up C.A), we also played R.Swift’s release party where 3 decisions were made to accept Christ!. It is dope to minister with like minded cats that put Christ out front no matter who is offended. Both events were a lot of fun. It is always fun meeting the fans. I met this dude, I can’t even remember his name but he told me that my show (Jam Session) saved his life. I was intrigued so I said tell how yo? So he proceeded to tell me how he never would listen to Way –FM but heard a commercial about Jam Session and that the show was up next, so he stayed tuned in. He told how he was addicted to Heroine and heard a spot for Faith Farm and felt bad enough to call the number. He has since finished their program and now is a teacher there himself!!! Whoa! I was blown to say the least. I love how God uses the show! That made my weekend, until Tuesday came. My wife is 20 weeks pregnant with our first child, and it is cool seeing her and the baby grow everyday. Yesterday we had an ultrasound and we got to see our kid (see pic)! Wow, God’s creativity is amazing! I have no words. This is our first so we are very excited.

Life for us is a scramble right now still trying to complete recording on 2 cds (1Way’s & mine), working full time, and Back yard renovation. Just typing all this is overwhelming but God is still good!!!!! He got us, and in that we can fall back and let Him be him!
