Whether or not you agree with this man's politics, if you are an American citizen you have to appreciate the story. It is our story. It is the American dream.
As a Christian, I can appreciate his achievement without embracing all of his platforms, and I do! If you don't like that he is president, or want the outcome to be different, as a Christian, you can do something about it... Pray! If your guy lost, this is not a shock to God and nothing happens that He does not know about, don't sulk, pray! To not acknowledge the fact that God allowed this to happen means you may have a low approval rating of God. Do you know better than He does what is right for our country? Christians, let's stop second guessing God and continue trusting and following Him.
Hebrews 13:17 (NIV).
Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.
